Peyton's new bed

For Christmas this year besides all the toys, clothes and books my parents got Peyton a toddler bed. I have been worried, debating and trying to figure out if this would work. But, after we got back home and with my parents here, on Monday we took Peyton into her room and told her what was happening and that she was no long going to be sleeping in her crib but in her new big girl bed. That first night she did pretty well she slept until 5:30 that morning then of course my mom went and got her, so after that I knew better than to try really getting her used to the new bed until they left because she has never been easy to try something new or even keep up with her routine when there is people around so after they left on Friday she has done really well. I knew that her being able to fall asleep on her own in her crib would probably not come so quickly and easily for her in her new bed and this is such a big adjustment for her because I know that her crib was her comfort zone. She still has her puppy, baby doll and Mickey to sleep with so that always helps. Her is a few pics of her new bed and all the new toys. Me and mom rearranged her room to make it all work plus I had to go to Target and get this shelf with plastic bends to keep all the lose toys and she has her big girl room.
